You agree not to upload or submit any content that:
– Violates any law or regulation;
– Infringes on any third-party rights;
– Contains offensive, abusive, or defamatory material.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

By using the Platform, you agree to our data practices. We collect and use your personal information (such as name, email, and payment details) to facilitate your registration and communication regarding the festival.

5. Payment Processing

For the postponed September 2026 festival, new paid registration is suspended. Refund or cancellation requests for existing purchases will be reviewed under the original purchase terms, applicable ticketing or payment-platform rules, and relevant law. Nothing on this page limits any statutory payment-dispute or consumer rights.

All trademarks, logos, and content on the Platform (excluding user submissions) are the property of Film Faster 48 or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.
